Objectives

We would like to welcome you all to the "Japan-Taiwan Joint Seminar on Energy and Environment for Young Chemists" (JP-TW EEYC), which will be held at the National Sun Yat-Sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, June 24-25, 2016. The seminar focuses on recent researches on Energy and Environment in the various areas of chemistry, including organic/polymer syntheses, polymer physics, supramolecular chemistry, biomaterials, and organic/inorganic hybrid materials. The aim of this joint seminar is to provide a great opportunity for interdisciplinary discussion among participants, to share recent research results, experiences and future directions on the global issues, and also to facilitate bilateral collaborative network between young chemists in Japan and Taiwan.

The technical program will include 20 distinguished invited lectures in the following advanced research topics:
1. Novel Trends in Organic/Polymer Syntheses
2. Structures and Properties of Sustainable Polymer Materials
3. Organic Devices
4. Nano Space Organic/Inorganic Materials

Poster session and banquet will be held together on Friday evening, June 24. All poster presenters are required to submit an abstract of their work using official abstract format by May 1st, 2016, through the registration page.
